You must not reverse engineer, deconstruct, disassemble, decompile, copy, modify, distribute, sell or attempt to extract the source code of this application. No part of Zoom In application may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, broadcast or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of the creator. Any other reproduction in any form without our prior written consent and permission.

1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
When Zoom In is installed on your device, you will be asked to register and create an account in order to be able to use our Service. You need to provide certain information about yourself for registration purposes. Once you register, you can review and change the information at any time except your location since Zoom In's logic is tightly based on user's precise location. Please always try to ensure that your account details are kept up to date.
The type of information Zoom In requires you to provide is as follows:
Photos: Uploading photos in your profile is optional. Your photos will be displayed to all users.
Name: Providing your name is mandatory. Your name will be displayed to all users.
Gender: Providing your gender is mandatory. Your gender will be displayed to all users.
Date of birth: Providing your date of birth is mandatory. To use Zoom In application you must be at least 18 years old. When you are asked to provide your age, you must answer truthfully. If you are under 18 years old you must exist the application immediately. Your age will be displayed to all users.
Email: Providing your email is mandatory. Providing your email is essential and allows us to register your data on the server.
Biography: Providing your biography is optional. Your biography will be displayed to all users.
Status: Providing your status is optional. Your status will be displayed to all users. Your friends cannot see your status. We believe that it's a great way to let others know what you are up to. Someone might like your status, or might have the same plans and would like to hang out with you. Always try to keep it up to date.
Location: Providing your location is mandatory. The main concept of Zoom In is to only show people who are ~500 km / ~311 miles away from you and place them on Google Maps. For this reason, we need your permission to access your geolocation (latitude and longitude) and calculate your distance with other users' distance. It is important to understand that the application's logic may or may not calculate 500 km / 311 miles correctly at times. If you use the International mode you can see people from all over the world but you cannot see their location. When using the International mode your location will be visible on Google Maps. With your permission, we may collect information about your location, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, mobile towers, Wi-Fi access points and other sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers and compasses. We would like to emphasise that Zoom In will not sell your geolocation data to any corporate directly.
Social media profiles: Providing your social media profiles is optional. Your social media profiles will be displayed to the user(s) who you have accepted their connection request and are friends in Zoom In.
Height: Providing your height is optional. Your height will be displayed to all users.
Interests: Providing your interest(s) is optional. Your interests will be displayed to all users.
Zodiac sign: Providing your Zodiac sign is optional. Your Zodiac sign will be displayed to all users.
Icebreakers: Providing icebreaker(s) is optional. Your icebreakers will be displayed to all users.
About Me: Providing About Me is optional. Your About Me will be displayed to all users.
Device information: For analytics purposes, we may collect information such as device model, advertising IDs, software and hardware information, operating system, device memory and timestamp.
Payment information: We do not collect or store payment details directly. All transactions are handled by Google Play, and we rely on their payment system for processing subscriptions.
Application logs: We may collect information to improve our Service by logging your activities in Zoom In. For instance:
- Activities usage
- IP address
- Timestamp
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Since the Zoom In Application's main goal is to help its users to find real people, the information you provide must be public to other users to gain trust. For instance, your precise location proves to other users that you are real and within the specific distance of ~500 km / ~311 miles. The International mode allows you to look for people in other places. This feature becomes useful when you don't find people on Google Maps.
We may collect user information in order to provide our Services. The information may help us to develop and improve the product better as well as protecting the product and Services. Some of the most important information collection use cases are as follows:
- We may use email to respond to support enquiries, suggestion or feedback.
- Process payments and manage your subscription using Google’s payment system.
- Monitor and analyse trends and usages in the application.
- Enhance the safety and security of our products and Services.
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorised or illegal activities.
- Enforce, investigate and report conduct violating Zoom In's Terms of Service and other usage policies, respond to requests from law enforcement and comply with legal requirements.
When it comes to the use of information, it is important to understand that Zoom In will not
- Sell your data to any corporate.
- Conduct any business with the information you provide.
3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell the information you provide within our application. We may use third parties to monitor and analyze the use of our Services, therefore, they may have access to your personal information so that they can perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. It is important to understand that these third parties are obligated not to disclosure or use the information for any other purpose.
Third parties can access information about your device such as the operating system and device model. In addition, we may also deploy and use analytics Service(s) offered by other Services or third parties that can track and reports traffic. These Service(s) use the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Service(s). They may use the collected data to personalise the ads of its own advertising network.
- A potential use case for them would be to monitor when the app crashes on a device and they may log the device information such as device model, advertising IDs, software and hardware information, operating system, device memory and timestamp.
- We may share information about you for legal, safety and security reasons and/or we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is required.
- In order to comply with any valid legal processing, governmental request or applicable law, rule or regulation.
- We may share information about you to investigate, remedy or enforce potential Terms of Service and violations.
- We may share information to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others.
- We may share information to detect and resolve any fraud or security concerns.
4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We store your basic account information that you provided at the time of registration such as name, gender, birthdate, email, biography, status and location until you ask us to delete them.
Zoom In maintains data related to your usage of Zoom In for as long as it is required in order to fulfill the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as may be required (or permitted) by law. Once you have asked us to close your account and delete your profile information, we will delete all information that we are not required or permitted to retain by law.
Please keep in mind that, while our system is designed to carry out our deletion practices automatically, we cannot promise that deletion will occur flawlessly and our system will be able to completely delete all your data. You as a user have the right to ask us to check and confirm that your information has been deleted properly after you deleted your account. Moreover, you have the option to contact us through Zoom In. You may send us a request, feedback, suggestion or even complaints. If you contact Zoom In, any personal data you may share with us is kept only for the purposes of researching the issue and contacting you about your case.
5. HOW TO CONTROL YOUR INFORMATION
Edit information We want you to be in control of your information, therefore you are able to edit your information such as name, biography, age, gender, photo, status, social media profiles, height, interests, Zodiac sign, icebreaker and About Me.
Edit age However, to use Zoom In you must be at least 18 years old. In case if you are not 18 years old and at the time of registration you have provided false information and later you decide to modify your age to your real age (under 18), you will not be able to do so. Such actions violate the Zoom In's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and we will delete your account and information on the server immediately. If you are not at least 18 years old, you must delete your account and exit the application.
Control your location Zoom In makes it possible to remove your location from Settings. When you do this, your location and photo will be removed on Google Maps and nobody can find you anymore. This feature can be useful when you are not looking for new friends or if you are at home and you do not want to show your precise location. We would highly recommend to remove your location whenever you are at home, at work or in specific places that you do not want to share with others. Once you decide to be active, you should turn this feature off in your Settings. Please keep in mind that Zoom In cannot promise that all features work flawlessly and removing your location is no exception. However, Zoom In always makes sure that essential features work properly.
Social media profiles Zoom In allows you to share your social media profiles with other users. You're fully responsible to ensure that the profile that you share belongs to you and not someone else's. As of today, we do not have an authentication system to ensure that the profile you're sharing belongs to you, therefore, by sharing a social media profile you accept and consent that the profile belongs to you and people who are your friends in Zoom In can view your profiles in TikTok, Facebook or Instagram.
Photo policy guidelines: Our app values the privacy and safety of all users and to maintain the quality of our platform, we request users to adhere to our photo policy guidelines. Any violations of our photo policy will result in removal. Photos containing explicit content, nudity, images of children, flowers, cars, or any blurry or irrelevant images will not be permitted and may be subject to deletion. We reserve the right to remove any photos that violate our policy to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.
Revoke permissions When you are using full functionalities of Zoom In it means that you have granted all the necessary permissions. You can simply revoke these permissions by changing them in your device settings. Certain Services may lose full functionality if you do that and the application may not behave accordingly.
Account deletion As described in "HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION" section, you can always delete your account or ask us to do that for you. If for some reason you ever want to delete your account you can do that in the application. Settings -> Delete your account -> enter password -> Delete account. You will have a few options to provide us some reasons of why you are deleting your account. This is totally optional. But if you decide to provide, it will give us a hint to improve the application.
6. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
In order to take advantage of full functionalities of Zoom In, we would ask you to grant the following permissions:
Location permission Location permission is an essential permission in Zoom In. You need to grant location permission since the core functionality of the application relies on the device location.
Camera permission You will need to grant camera permission if you decide to use your camera to upload photos either in your profile or to send in the chat conversation.
Gallery permission You will need to grant gallery permission if you decide to use your gallery to upload photos either in your profile or to send in the chat conversation.
7. CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect any information from children or anyone under the age of 18. If you as a user, or as a parent believe that anyone under the age of 18 has provided personal information to Zoom In, please feel free to contact us and we will delete that information immediately. Moreover, if we become aware that a child, or anyone under the age of 18 has registered and provided personal information to us, we will terminate that information immediately.
8. COOKIES
Our Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the application may use third parties and libraries that use cookies to collect information. Please note that the information you share with the third parties and libraries are governed by the specific Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By providing our Service we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed their Privacy Policy. Please contact the third parties sites directly for more information.
9. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
We may change the Privacy Policy time to time. When we modify it we will let our users know either with in-app notification or revising the date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

11. How Google Handles Payments
We use Google Play for all subscription transactions. Google handles all billing information, including the processing of your payment, subscription renewals, and cancellations. We do not store or process any financial details on our servers.

12. IOS WAITLIST
If you join the iOS waitlist on our website, we collect the email address you provide, the date and time of your submission, and a limited referral source such as a campaign name or referring website. We use this information to manage the waitlist and contact you about the availability of Zoom In for iOS. Waitlist information is not displayed to other users and is not sold. You can ask us to remove your waitlist information at any time by contacting dev.zoomin@gmail.com.
